Steven Santo has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Avantair since its inception in June 2003 and Skyline Aviation Services, Inc. since June 2002. Mr. Santo is a licensed, commercially-rated pilot who has been flying for approximately 15 years. From 1995 through 2001, Mr. Santo practiced law as an attorney in private practice, concluding his law practice in 2001 as a name partner at the firm of Fields, Silver & Santo. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Santo served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York working in the office’s major crimes unit. Mr. Santo received a J.D. from St. Johns School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Pytak leads the Company's Accounting and Finance department and is responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, and communicating the financial performance of the company. He also serves in a strategic capacity, working closely with other members of senior management to grow the Company.  Prior to joining Avantair, Mr. Pytak has held the positions of Group Controller and Treasurer at Gibraltar Industries, Inc., and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers.  A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Pytak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College.

Mr. Beitzel, who joined the company in 2005, was formerly Avantair’s Executive Vice President of Maintenance and Operations.  He leads the Company’s Maintenance and Operations departments as well as oversees Avantair’s daily operations.  Mr. Beitzel has been in the aviation industry for 20 years, having started his career with Pan American World Airways.  He spent 16 years holding various management roles with US Airways before joining Avantair.  Mr. Beitzel holds a BA in Aviation Management and an Associate’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics.

As a charter employee of Avantair, Mr. McKamey joined the company soon after its founding.  As Executive Vice President, Mr. McKamey is responsible for developing long range business and facility strategies that support Avantair's business plans.  Mr. McKamey has 20 years experience in the aviation industry with two of the years as the Flight and Sales Support Manager of Piaggio America.  Mr. McKamey is a certified pilot with over 3,000 hours in the Avanti P.180.  Mr. McKamey holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle  University.

Mr. Doyle joined the company in 2003 as Vice President of Sales. He currently serves as Avantair's Senior Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In his role, he is responsible for leading and directing the sales organization and managing the Avantair brand through the company's marketing efforts. Mr. Doyle, a former regional airline captain, has also held the position of Area Sales Manager for Cessna Aircraft Company where he was responsible for selling the Citation product line. With more than 18 years of experience in the aviation industry, including ten years in aircraft sales and sales management, Doyle is an Airline Transport rated pilot with over 400 hours in the Piaggio Avanti. Doyle holds an Associate's Degree in Aviation Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Daniel Webster College.
