Santo, Chief Executive Officer Steven Santo has served as Chief Executive Officer, President and a director of Avantair since its inception in June 2003 and Skyline Aviation Services, Inc. since June 2002. Mr. Santo is a licensed, commercially-rated pilot who has been flying for approximately 15 years. From 1995 through 2001, Mr. Santo practiced law as an attorney in private practice, concluding his law practice in 2001 as a name partner at the firm of Fields, Silver & Santo. From 1992 to 1995, Mr. Santo served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York working in the office’s major crimes unit. Mr. Santo received a J.D. from St. Johns School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. |  | Stephen Wagman, EVP of Operations and Chief Financial Officer
Stephen Wagman is responsible for finance, operations, administration, information technologies and investor relations. Mr. Wagman reports to Steven Santo, Avantair's chief executive officer. Prior to joining Avantair, Mr. Wagman served as the CFO of Turtle Wax, Inc., a well-established global car care products firm, and of TOUSA, a NYSE home builder. Previously, Wagman served as EVP and treasurer at MasTec, Inc., a NYSE infrastructure services company, where he drove their strategic planning, M&A, supply chain and treasury functions. Mr. Wagman earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting at The Ohio State University and a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Since 2004, Wagman has served on the Florida Board of Directors for the University of Miami's Diabetes Research Institute Foundation. |  | Kevin L. Beitzel, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Beitzel, who joined the company in 2005, was formerly Avantair’s Executive Vice President of Maintenance and Operations. He leads the Company’s Maintenance and Operations departments as well as oversees Avantair’s daily operations. Mr. Beitzel has been in the aviation industry for 20 years, having started his career with Pan American World Airways. He spent 16 years holding various management roles with US Airways before joining Avantair. Mr. Beitzel holds a BA in Aviation Management and an Associate’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics. |  | Richard A. Pytak Jr., Chief Accounting Officer As Chief Accounting Officer, Mr. Pytak leads the Company's Accounting department and is responsible for all accounting functions, record-keeping, and communicating the financial performance of the company. He also serves in a strategic capacity, working closely with other members of senior management to grow the Company. Prior to joining Avantair, Mr. Pytak has held the positions of Group Controller and Treasurer at Gibraltar Industries, Inc., and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Pytak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College. |  | David Fitzgerald, Chief Information Officer
In his new role as CIO, David Fitzgerald provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the company’s information and technology systems. At Avantair, Mr. Fitzgerald has been instrumental in the implementation of industry leading flight operational management and optimization technology. Mr. Fitzgerald joined Avantair in 2006 and most recently was Executive Vice President of Business where he was responsible for business planning, forecasting, and the optimization and implementation of several large cost reduction initiatives related to fuel purchasing and operational logistics. Mr. Fitzgerald has 10 years of aviation experience, including previous employment with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. He has an associate degree in Aviation Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
|  | Kevin V. McKamey, Executive Vice President As a charter employee of Avantair, Mr. McKamey joined the company soon after its founding. As Executive Vice President, Mr. McKamey is responsible for developing long range business and facility strategies that support Avantair's business plans. Mr. McKamey has 20 years experience in the aviation industry with two of the years as the Flight and Sales Support Manager of Piaggio America. Mr. McKamey is a certified pilot with over 3,000 hours in the Avanti P.180. Mr. McKamey holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle University. |  | John Colucci, Executive Vice President
John Colucci is responsible for sales at Avantair and reports directly to Avantair's Chief Executive Officer Steven Santo. Mr. Colucci spent 17 years at NetJets® Inc. where he was a pioneer in creating and expanding the fractional aircraft industry. As Executive Vice President, he was responsible for the NetJets sales organization. Prior to joining NetJets, Mr. Colucci was vice president of new business development for Gulfstream Aerospace and held various sales positions with IBM. He served in the United States Marine Corps both on active duty and in Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm in the Marine Corps Reserve.
|  | Keith Spondike, Chief Marketing Officer
Keith Spondike is responsible for all marketing including events, promotions, customer relationship management and public relations. Mr. Spondike reports to Chief Executive Officer, Steven Santo. Spondike previously led Marketing and Communications for Eclipse Aviation Corporation. Prior to his experience in aviation, Spondike played a key marketing role for 18 years with General Motors Corporation’s luxury divisions. He helped lead the rebirth of the Cadillac brand, that led to a 36 percent increase in sales. He is an aviation enthusiast in pursuit of his private pilot’s license. Spondike received a Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oakland University.
