Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for making sure all Avantair aircraft are staffed.
• Responsible for obtaining commercial flights for each crew member traveling to an Avantair aircraft or traveling home.
• Responsible for getting crew members ground transportation when required.
• Responsible for getting crew meals for crew members when necessary.
• Responsible for obtaining hotels for crew members and negotiating the best rate for that hotel.
• Responsible for notifying crew members of their following day’s trips.

Qualifications (Experience & Education):

• 2 year college degree or aviation related experience
• Must possess very strong analytical and trouble shooting skills
• Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be flexible with hours.
