Owner Services Representative

NATURE OF WORK

The Owner Services Representative is responsible for handling specific tasks assigned by the Owner Services Lead, Owner Services Manager or any Directors or Assistant Directors with the Operations Control Center. The Owner Services Representative reports directly to the Owner Services Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle all incoming and outgoing calls for Avantair Owners, Card Holders, Prospects and Executive travelers
  • Handle all trip reservations, confirmations and changes via telephone, fax or email
  • Follow up on travel arrangements made with regard to catering, ground transportation or any other owner requests
  • Liaison  between owners and the Operations Control Center to ensure effective communication flow of all limitations with regard to delays, time changes and aircraft / airport limitations
  • Effective communication between shifts to ensure a proper pass down is conducted for any issues to be followed up on.
  • Handle owner complaints with regard to delays or other dis-services and properly document all these issues.

KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Exposure to Access and/or other database and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of customer service.
  • Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other devises used in communication.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years aviation experience or equivalent college degree
  • Customer Service background is preferred
