 | Steven F. Santo, Chief Executive Officer Steven Santo founded Avantair in July 2003. Through Mr. Santo's entrepreneurial spirit and leadership, Avantair has grown to one of the most unique fractional companies in the industry with the world's largest fleet of P.180's. He is responsible for developing and executing the strategic plans and policies of the company. A former Assistant District Attorney of New York who holds degrees from Villanova University and Saint Johns School of Law, Mr. Santo himself has flown more than 1,000 hours in the P.180 and was behind the controls of the first owner flight. |  | Richard A. Pytak Jr., Chief Financial Officer As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Pytak leads the Company's Accounting and Finance department and is responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, and communicating the financial performance of the company. He also serves in a strategic capacity, working closely with other members of senior management to grow the Company. Prior to joining Avantair, Mr. Pytak has held the positions of Group Controller and Treasurer at Gibraltar Industries, Inc., and Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Pytak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Canisius College. |  | Kevin L. Beitzel, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Beitzel, who joined the company in 2005, was formerly Avantair’s Executive Vice President of Maintenance and Operations. He leads the Company’s Maintenance and Operations departments as well as oversees Avantair’s daily operations. Mr. Beitzel has been in the aviation industry for 20 years, having started his career with Pan American World Airways. He spent 16 years holding various management roles with US Airways before joining Avantair. Mr. Beitzel holds a BA in Aviation Management and an Associate’s Degree in Professional Aeronautics. |  | Kevin V. McKamey, Executive Vice President As a charter employee of Avantair, Mr. McKamey joined the company soon after its founding. As Executive Vice President, Mr. McKamey is responsible for developing long range business and facility strategies that support Avantair's business plans. Mr. McKamey has 20 years experience in the aviation industry with two of the years as the Flight and Sales Support Manager of Piaggio America. Mr. McKamey is a certified pilot with over 3,000 hours in the Avanti P.180. Mr. McKamey holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Business Administration from Embry-Riddle University. |  | Darren J. Blackett, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mr. Blackett, who joined the company in 2004 and previously held the position of Senior Director of Sales for the company, is responsible for leading and managing the sales organization and the Avantair brand through the company's marketing efforts. Mr. Blackett previously held the position of Business Development Manager for the Western Region at the Barnes Group, Inc. He holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA. |
